Brandy Cannon

Brandy Micheel Cannon, age 36, passed from this life on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at home with her family at her side.

Brandy was born May 20th, 1985, to Michael and Debbie (Douglas) Cannon of Cherryvale. Brandy was a 2005 graduate of Cherryvale High School and a member of Cherokee Nation. Brandy loved her family and friends. She never met a stranger. She enjoyed making cookies, making bead necklaces, and potholders for everyone. She loved to play bingo, go fishing and ride on the motorcycle with her dad. She enjoyed being home to watch her favorite shows, especially the Price is Right, any Hallmark movie, and Emeril Lagasse cooking shows and infomercials.

Even though Brandy was fragile, she was also one of the strongest we will ever know. Even after a lifetime of health issues, she never lost her sweet childlike innocence she had about her. She will be so very missed. She always had a smile on her face, and a heart of gold and hugs to give away.

She passed leaving behind her grandma, Mary Ellen Douglas, both her parents, Michael and Debbie, her sister, Melinda, sister in-law, Lexi Hoesman, nieces, Amber Cannon, and Haley Matlock, nephews, Wyatt and Finley Matlock, Grandma Ruby, aunts, Michelle, Cheryl, Donna, and Carrie, uncles, Johnny, Mike and Robert, stepsisters, Laurie, Lisa, and Teressa, stepbrothers, James, Billy, Sequoia, Johnny and their families, cousins, Matthews, Josh, and Jacob.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa, William Douglas, grandma, Wanda Jones, dad, Daniel Rowden, stepmom, Yolanda, uncles, Dan, Fred, Bill and Leland and her cat Tommy.
