Harry Thomas Howard, age 61 of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 at his home in Cherryvale, Kansas.

Harry Thomas Howard was born March 6, 1956 to William S. and Elsie (Durham) Howard. He grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee where he attended schools. Harry was a truck driver as well as a mechanic. He was a member of the VFW Men's Auxiliary.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents William & Elsie Howard; one son Russell (Rusty) Thomas Howard and two grandchildren Harli Jayce and Hayze Cole.

Survivors include son Justin Thomas Ball Howard of Kansas; step son Jason Niemier and wife Melissa of Cherryvale; one sister Betty Rose Poole of Tennessee; one brother David Howard of Oklahoma; two grandchildren Cooper and Carson Niemier of Cherryvale: devoted Cousin Ricky Durham of Tennessee; Aunt & Uncle Thomas & Sue Brown and two nieces Emily Leek and Leighanne Sircy all of Tennessee.
