Victoria D. Petire-Garcia

Victoria D. Petrie-Garcia, age 65 passed away August 20, 2022 at the Freeman Health Center Joplin, Missouri.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022, at the Potts Chapel in Cherryvale, Kansas.

Victoria was born May 25, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri to Donald Lee Walters and Maxine V. (Ryan) Petirie. Victoria worked at Midwest Printing for many years as a receptionist. She married Joaquin Garcia in Independence, Kansas and the couple made their home in Cherryvale, Kansas.

Family includes her husband Joaquin Garcia; two sons Clifton Paul Fitzpatrick, and Joseph Donald Manz; one daughter Christina D. Manz; 9 grandchildren: Clifton J. Fitzpatrick, Nichole R. Dunn, Blake D Kluge, Jade Manz, Aryonna K. Manz, Dakota S. Manz, Kaitlyn A. Manz, Kyle L. Sanders, and Victoria A. Manz; 3 great-grandchildren: KC Fitzpatrick, Jayme R Dunn, Wade J. Dunn.; two brothers Ernie and Dean Walters; three sisters: Darlene Godsey, Diana Manning and Sharon Jones. She was preceded in death by two brothers David and Larry Walters.

 We appreciate your potluck dishes to be taken across the street from the funeral Chapel to Logan Park where we enjoy a luncheon, after the service.
