William “Bill” Eugene Wilson, age 81, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer's on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the Cherryvale Care & Rehabilitation Center.

Cremation has take place. Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date. Friends may leave online condolences at www.pottsfuneralhome.com

William “Bill” Eugene Wilson was born October 24, 1940 in Cherryvale, Kansas to Leonal and Arleetia (Ringstaff) Wilson. Bill grew up in Cherryvale, Kansas and graduated from the Cherryvale High School. He then attended Ottawa University before graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Bill worked for the Corps of Engineers for many years going to Italy twice for projects before his retirement. He loved playing the piano, traveling and doing woodworking.

Survivors include two brothers Jerry and wife Beverly of Cherryvale, Kansas, John and wife Mary Wilson of Vermont; many nieces and nephews.
